I've been debating with myself on wrapping my roof black. Just the roof though. I don't have a white x5 though.
Anyone already done something like that?

I understand completely what you're saying and going for. Unfortunately, I don't believe it works as well as it does on a Range. Primarily due to the sloped roof and overall design.

Had inquired myself w/other members and looked at photos before doing it.
Heck, even got criticized for doing it as some people did not like it, which is ok.
My wife did not like it either for full disclosure.
She said the car looks "bald"!

I have the front windshield 50 and all through 18 ...so the darker combination might work out ...its just a wrap .....can be removed easily:-)
