I'm looking to buy a set of these with the tires will pm wondering the cost to ship to NY

Yeah, unfortunately shipping 300lbs across US is not as easy or cheap as it may seem - especially for private party without business account. Speaking from experience. Best bet is for someone local to pick this good deal. I paid almost same price for a 20 inch replica knockoff with new tires. If I could do it all over again - these would have been my first choice.
