WTT: Looking to see if anyone is interested in trading 21" for 20" wheels (F85)
I saw someone recently looking to trade their 21's for a set of 20's, so looking to see if there is anyone else interested. I have the stock 20" wheels (excellent condition) with brand new tires, looking to trade for a set of 21" wheels. I can add cash on top depending on what you have (condition, color and tires). Located in the Bay Area, thanks! |

Been trying to decide what to do with my stock 20s also. Tires only have about 6K miles on them. Either sell the whole set or buy all-season tires for occasional trips to Tahoe.

That would require me purchasing a new set of wheels, then sitting on the 20's until I found a buyer.
However, seeing as how some people with 21's are looking to step down to 20's for comfort etc....figured this would be a win win and we can swap at the same time. |

I'm also on the fence about just powder coating them gloss black or a dark graphite. I think the concave design would look good in a single color, but dunno yet.

Yeah, just saying if you decide to go that route I might be looking for a clean set soon. I would offer you my 19" square set as a temp solution but I don't think they would fit on X5M calipers.

I'll buy your 20's (without tires) if you are selling. I have been looking for a set to run in shoulder seasons with A/S tires.

I got lucky in June when i traded my 20's for the 612 21's. I drove to Socal to do the swap. I end up powder coating to satin black. Thanks to EuroCarFan for looking out.

Awesome!! This is exactly what I'm looking for. I can't even find any 21" wheels for sale, let alone swaps.

We got lucky. I met a forum member who was trading in his car and he had the 612s. He was willing to trade for Jerry's 611s cause he knew the dealer probably wouldn't care if he had 611s vs 612s on the car.

In two weeks I will have a clean set of 21" 599m wheels for sale 😁
Literally just bought a set of these to step down into. 21" has very little tread solutions; it's either high performance summer or winter pretty much. |

SWAP
I am a new member to the Forum. I am in the SF bay area and am looking to trade my 21's for 20's. I just purchased a 2015 X5 a couple of weeks ago equipped with upgraded staggered OEM BMW 128's liquid black 21's with brand new Dunlop SP Sport Maxx GT tires. Wheels are flawless and tires have around 600 miles on them. I want to trade for 20" OEM wheels and tires. We purchased this SUV to take to the snow and no-one offers 21" all season or M&S tires. Let me know what you might have.
