Joining!
The missus is getting a CPO X5 for her birthday. I had been pricing new and CPO; she doesn't really like "new car smell" and preferred a CPO. Just closed the deal on a nice one from Schomp in Denver, and I will be flying out there to pick it up in about a week!
2015 X5 sDrive 35i, MW over Mocha with Premium, Cold Weather, Rear View and Running boards. 18K miles. Looking forward to spending more time on these forums. Thanks for the great resource - spent a lot of time looking here as I worked through which of the X's would be at home here. Listing went up Sunday - they didn't even have time to take pix. More to follow.......

Congrats to the missus.
I know a bunch of people who hate the new car smell. They buy new cars and are always trying to get rid of the smell as soon as possible. Personally I love the new car smell. I try to keep it as long as possible. |

I've never heard of that. Did you know that before marrying her? How did that come up in conversation? "Honey, my career is really important to me, so I really don't want to have kids. I want to sleep on the right side of the bed. I prefer the toilet paper over the roll, not under. And I really hate that new car smell."
Congrats in advance on the car!

I'm with you. It apparently has kept the missus from fully enjoying my M3 until recently.

We've been married 20 years now and this was a surprise, I must say. I had the price difference between brand new configured the way she liked and a CPO down to like 8 K. I woulda bought new. She wanted CPO. I have 8K more in my pocket - I like that!
