The new X5 looks way better with 21"s, the 18"s didn't do it any justice.
Also, I think it looks good, I like the front and back, it looks kind of like a major refresh of the E70 LCI X5.

Agreed, noticed this in person as well. Larger wheels made a big difference in how good the F15 looked.

The new design of the F15 is really growing on me. Looks aggressive with the 21's and that color really does the design justice. Forward thinking SAV. Now just bring it into production and we have a winner!

scott correct me if my math is wrong, but with a 93~ liter tank this X5 should be able to do over 2000KM per tank? that's pretty impressive, i would seriously consider this as i travel pretty far to get to work. but of course a hybrid always has a premium price tag on it

Finally some more 21" options. I don't know though. It's kinda hard to tell from these pictures how they will look irl.

eDrive at IAA Frankfurt
Hi everyone! I'm newly registered member here, although I've been reading for a while. Since 2005 I've been an active member at 5series.net (formerly E60.net). Now, I seriously consider getting into F15, so here's my first contribution to the forum.
I went to IAA in Frankfurt over this weekend (I live in Luxembourg, so roughly 2 hours drive from Frankfurt), took couple of hundereds of pics + dozens of videoclips; I'll share them if you want to see some more inside and out of F15. Starting with eDrive overlook: eDrive clip from IAA Frankfurt (sorry if the link isn't pasted as it's supposed to, but I sure hope it works, you can choose 720 or 1080p to view if you want) |

Thanks Scott, this here is front page material.
Am still wondering who out there knows whether the wheels from the old X5 would fit a new one. I would likely get the old used winter setup from the dealer for free (well, as a complimentary gift attached to the purchase of F15). |
