From USA to Europe mod

Folks

Might have to ship my X5 and need help figuring it out before hands. I am aware of the Certificate of Compliance and bmw stating it's partially compliant.
Then i found what needs to be changed
- rear lights
- adding fig light to the back light
- odometer display of speeds need to reflect KM/h on the outside ring
- what else ?

Anyone has experience shipping and transforming it to euro standard ?

do you have led headlights? if not you likely need headlight washer.

also where did you get the certificate of conformity? I'm moving to Zurich and need one for myself

you can get the taillights off ebay. Im not sure on the cluster though.

I am yet to ask bmw for the CoC. It's all by email and wire if almost $300.
I am not sure I have the taillight.

Are you going to go through the homologation as ? X5 F15?

Cluster you have a choice to make:
- replace cluster: between $100 for analog to $1200 for digital. Plus add coding.
- replace the background where Km vs Mph is written. $50 average but lots of unmount parts.

I am still not sure what will I do. Would love a more affordable full digital
