I've a 2015 F85 looking to install Dinan springs so about 1" drop and adding spacers to help with aesthetic. Would 15/15 H&R work fine? Stock 612Ms.

Might also change tyre profile to (for more comfort)
275/40/21
315/35/21

Would this setup work? Anyone on similar?

My apology, just saw your post.
For Dinan spring, since it is merely a drop, 15/15 will be a bit much.
Even though they claim 1", based on what I've installed locally, it was less than 1".
I would recommend 5/12 setup.

I have a 2015 35i xdrive on 20" 469 wheels with Conti DWS06+ in stock sizes. Is the recommendation still 5mm front and 20mm rear?

If your F15 is M Sport or have the fender flare. I recommend 5/15 for stock height.
15/20 for lowered.

No. 10mm won't allow your wheel to sit on the hub, which will cause stress on the lug bolts and vibration. Then when the lug bolts break, your wheel will comes off the car.

5/12 (Conservative)
15/15 (Aggressive, may be to aggressive for mild drop of Dinan)
