I bet most of it will buff right out. Anything that your nail catches might not. I always start with the least aggressive method possible:

1) remove as much with a clay bar
2) polish by hand
3) polish with a machine
4) touch up any areas that didn't come out with the above three steps

You can always wet sand the area. Or if none of those work and you simply can't live with it, go see a reputable body shop.
