I actually just put cquartz UK 3.0 on mine last Wednesday. Actually a lot easier to do than I was expecting. My lighting wasn't the greatest in my garage and I actually missed a few small spots when wiping it off. Have to go back and remove it,than reapply.

Some of the wet sanding I did after touching up some rock chips. First time ever doing it. Definitely not perfect but acceptable I think. Did paint correction on the whole thing(minus roof) again not perfect but pretty good.
Few spots I may remove the cquartz coating ,and try getting some of the very deep scratches out. Unfortunately have a tight garage so manoeuvring in it sucks.

Finally got my exhaust tips painted black. Works much better with the rest of the black details on the car. Happy with the result!

I'm not a big fan of the black X5 emblem. I think its more likely that I remove it instead. I will think about it.

Truck looks good man. Was this an M-sport package out of the factory or did you or the previous owner convert parts over time?

Don't call it truck, will ya?

Yeah, I bought used bumpers from a guy who moved to M bumpers, then bought customized tips -after opening the holes a bit. A lot of dough spent, but you only live once!

LOL I always laugh with friends at work cuzz I call it a truck and they're like "it's not a truck dude!".

I like the quad tips...rectangular ones look better than the round doubles like the Hamann or ACS ones (can't remember).

And yeah, YOLO bro so enjoy it! I missed out on a sick opp to buy an E46 LSB M3 a bunch of years ago and have regretted it since...now I'm like efff it, yolo...I just couldn't afford the X5M lol.

Yeah, did this for easy cleaning, not shine....otherwise, I'd go with 9H.

Should definitely help in that regard. Hopefully you don't need to use it though. Put up a sign No food or drink unless you are the driver
