Spark plug replacement

For those with a BM3 Stage 1 tune, what plugs and gap did you go with?

I'm going to try the Dinan ignition coils too since they are cheaper then the Bremis, Bosch, and OEM...

I am on MHD Stage 1 tune. I used NGK 97506 gapped to 0.022. I also used Dinan coils. They are amazing.
