Had to get Tie-rods for my F15

As a FYI, they needed to be ordered from Germany. I like that the Factory keeps controls over these things.

The rods were fine, 165K on the X5, but bushings were worn.

FCP Euro,ECS and other online parts sotres got these in stock , not sure what are you talking about, these are widely available.

my shop said they had to order from overseas. Is this possible? I do live in a smaller Canadian city

Likely it’s true. When you get off the beaten path, especially, in Canada they just don’t have access.
