We may never know the real details if it's an internal matter, its reported now that an overworked employee made a complaint, if there is a recording of the happening then the words spoken will be listened to at the meeting.
Some bosses use a hidden recorder in disciplining procedures so it's up to the employee to protect themselves also. If the underlying cause of this is a continuing clash of personality between Marko and CH then it may have to be sorted 'internally' and one or the other may have to leave.
The 30 year age gap between the two was never going to be a easy ride.

CH has been at RB for how many years ? 20 and no one complained of being over worked till now
