4 years so far... another 4 or 6. The Panamera Turbo S will have taken quite the depreciation hit by then

When it's not longer worthwhile to fix it.

Forever or until they improve the X5 enough. The G05 has nice updates but not enough to get me out of the F15. Especially since the rear looks like a poor amalgam of mercedes/acura/lexus/kia and the front grills are too big.

I just added most of the mods I wanted to make it my own liking after 2 months of ownership. I am going to run this thing into the ground before I think about getting rid of it. I will never get back the money I put into it already and money I still plan to put into it for a few last mods so might as well keep it until the maintenance for it just doesn't make sense.

i'd like to see what BMW does for X6 next year. If they follow Lexus RX (slogan: "Uglier with every birthday") - i'll be keeping mine until the end of days

Only 10 months in and I'm already thinking about trading in my F16. I have a hard time keeping cars more than 2 years.
Been looking at the S450 and LS500.

Just like Alphaod, until it becomes a money pit. This is my first BMW as a daily (not really as I alternate with my truck) but my wife is a Beemer head and she currently owns a F30 MSport, E90 Msport before that and a E46 sport Vert(beater that just sits in front of the house). I was pretty impressed with the F15 (35i) loaner we got last year and mentioned to my wife that I could see myself driving one but had to be MSport, since the F85 was out of my range. Test drove the M50i 8 months ago and it was a done deal!
