Random Errors after MHD Tune

I'm hoping someone may have some insight into what I can do to try and fix some issues I got after flashing a Stage 2 MHD tune with their app.

The flash was successful, however, I have a drivetrain and power steering issue now that won't go away, as well as the RPM's won't show above 2500 RPM.

At idle, the RPM shows correct, but once I accelerate, the RPM falls to 0, however the car drives normally with no issue.

Any information would be amazing,
Flashing back to stock hasn't done anything, and I'm worried about updating the DME and locking it.

I have the newest version of ista as well as E-Sys.

1E4101 Servotronic button: Short circuit to B+ or line disconnection
CD9634 No message (status, Servotronic, 241.0.2), receiver DME, transmitter SVT
CF1531 Message (effect while driving: possible) missing, EGS receiver, DME/DDE transmitter
E11518 Message (control for M system display, 0x0DE) missing, receiver KOMBI, transmitter
S0751 Permanent SAE fault codes stored.
