Does your radiator look like this???

Hey guys, I noticed the left side of the radiator almost seems to be missing its black trim. You notice it from far away if you look through the grill walking towards the front of the car. But I looked at some stock photos online and it appears that only F86s are like this, too. Which seems extremely odd to me. Why would the right (driver) side have a black trim covering, but the left (passenger) side wouldn't? Is your F86/F85 like this, too, or am I missing a black trim cover on the passenger side?

I'm not sure I can seriously go look at the front of my vehicle until you show a full picture of yours so I can understand why it appears to be wrapped pink?

I think it's cotton candy cuz I see some blue top in the bottom left corner.

Alright, since I think we ran him off, yes my radiator looks the same with black on one side and silver on the other.

Happy to share pics of the car! But could anyone let me know if their X6M is like this, as well. Can't figure out why BMW would have bothered putting black trim on the driver side but not on the passenger side. Any ideas?

On a serious note I have not popped the hood to really understand what's going on there. Will try to get to it at some point.

I actually searched the internet and all I could find was a pink chrome wrapped X6M in Eastern Europe or something. But, fair point, would have searched his posts.

Purchase radiator paint. Begin black backing. Problem solved. I've done this on nearly every vehicle I've owned.
