winters 255/50r19 from staggered 20inch

hey guys

i just swapped the tires from summer to winter and i did the Replika R163A (Hyper Silver) with Toyo Observe G3 Ice. Got a pretty good deal on them brand new. Was going to get the Winter Contact SI but conti kept shipping the shop tires from 2014 so went the toyo route (toyos were slightly more expensive)

anyways i noticed coming home from the 275/40R20 and 315/35R20 when the car was braking that the rpm would shift from 1k to 1.2k when normally it would just slowly decrease ... is this normal? is this okay for the car?

when braking usually its smooth and the car downshifts to first gear the rpm moves right? well i noticed when im braking my rpm would be at 1k then jump up to 1.2k when i pressed on the gas i didnt notice this before swapping the tires

Whatever the issue might be, for sure has nothing to do with the wheels swap.
