What hose is this?
I purchased a 2015 BMW x5 and noticed an oil smell after I drive and found it to be under this hose but I am not sure what it is called. Does anyone know?

You may be able to get a reply if you give a bit more information. The f15 X5 has multiple engines and the only detail you gave is a model year. Plus the image (though it does give a good view of the hose) is so close that it give no perspective as to where the hose is located in the engine bay. Those two things put together (image too close + no engine info)...makes it difficult for the forum to be of much help.
Post an image that is further away that will give a hint as to where in the engine bay you're focused on (fornt/back/left side/right side)...plus your engine or model info (diesel/I6/V8).
