I'm reading it as the USAA type programs - it just wouldn't make sense, there is a BMWNA offer pretty much every month, it would eliminate the CCA rebate for just about every purchase and lease.

So, my updated deal is cap cost of $99,395 on $110,595 MSRP.. Think I'm going to pull the trigger. I'm not certain how they calculated the monthly payment because I cannot come up with the same numbers. I'm using the $2k lease incentive and doing MSDs to get the MF down.

What do your inception fees cover? That sounds like a lot

Multiple security deposit - certain states allow it on a lease and it is based on state of purchase, not registration as far as I know.

You can do up to 7 MSDs which each equate to one month's lease payment up front. It is 100% refundable unless you violate your lease based on damage or mileage.

The benefit - each MSD equates to lowering your money factor by .00007.

For example the current money factor is .00135 so your "interest rate" is 3.24% (MF x 2400). With the 7 MSDs your Money factor goes down .00049 to .00086, or 2.064% (MF x 2400). You're looking at nearly $3k in savings over the life of a 36 month lease at this price point.

Right on. The return on it is better then most investments right now, especially at 100% guarantee.

Yea no brainer to me, I'm putting down $7700 to save $3k. I'll take a 39% return in 3 years.

Also, for people driving around in $100k cars, I'd have to imagine you keep a decent position of your portfolio in cash, so why not put it to work for you in this fashion?

I was just looking over this again and comparing to my sheet, I cannot get to their number at all with the base MF and MSDs. I think they must be jacking up the MF on me.. The payment should be under $1200/month with my calculations and the drive off less (due to the reduction in MSD amount, etc).

Just ask them what it is - it should be interesting if it's that. If I wasn't given the true MF, I'd go elsewhere, but that's just me - I have like 6 dealerships at my disposal in this locale.

Yes, I'll work it out. but if incentives not as good in April may have to take it anyways.. It's $900 over 3 years. Not end of the world, but still pisses me off..

Doesnt a credit check lock you in on the $2k for 60 days? I would still try to work with them on MF, perhaps they were just trying to pull a fast one and if called out on it, wont really have a response.

Yes, it does lock at application time.

It's a done deal. $1198/month with $10.7k due at signing ($8400 MSD) rest is first payment + drive off fees (tax/tag/title/etc).

picking it up PCD on 5/20 with a buddy of mine..

Interested in this 2015 X6M:
MSRP: $116,695
Asking: $103,774

That's about an 11% discount from MSRP but 2017s are going to start rolling off the assembly line soon. Wondering what the lowest I could walk in and offer for this car.

Also, are there any differences between 2015 and 2016 model years?

Encinitas is offering $20k off on a 15, but if leasing the residual is less and basically negates the discount of a 15 vs. 16.

It seems that everyone is getting 8-12% off. My dealer has a 2016 x5m on the lot and will not budge on price about 3k off msrp including all incentives. Has anyone got these percentages off within the last month? When I showed them these post they could care less. Is it worth going back and fourth with them if the 17 is around the corner?

In the northeast, the majority of discounts I've found on in-stock X5Ms are very meager - 5-6% off MSRP. This includes cars that have been on the lot for months at this point.
