True! You shouldn't buy any car unless you plan to drive it. Nothing drives me crazy than nice cars just sitting as museum pieces.

That’s not an issue for me. Car wash and quiet for 3 days. Starts to squeal, time to wash. I’m still driving my F85 more than my F90 and it has zero squeal clean or dirty.

70 a day?! That's some good driving on that tune. Way to enjoy your truck man.

Thank you, it hurts me to see even these exotics that's supposed to be great drivers car, best performance money can buy, but yet the just sit and look pretty. You can buy art for millions and hang it on the wall ad it goes up in value just the same. Art was meant to enjoy by looking at it, a car is meant to be driven, I don't care how exotic or how expensive it is.

I'm just sayin'... If I had a Ferrari 250GT California, I'd drive it. Same goes with a DB5, 427 Cobra, or an Edsel. Cars are meant to be driven, guns meant to be shot, and books read.

I drive my 2017 X5M as much as I can, I have 34k miles on it right now. It would have had more if I didn't have two other cars as well.

Only around 7500 miles a year. Mainly because I don't like to park it on the streets when I go out (an X5 is considered a big vehicle where I live, it often is too wide to fit in a parking space at the side of the road). But I'm someone that keeps my cars for around 10 years anyways, so I still have a long way to go with my X5M. I guess I got that from my dad, he also keeps his cars at least 10 years, the E36 I use for drifting actually is a car he bought back in '92! He drove it until 2012 and decided he finally had enough of it.

My '17 has ~11k miles and picked her up early Oct '17. Not my daily driver but I use her A LOT for road trips.
I've had her in like 15 states already 😮.

I don't understand how this is even a thread. You bought a BMW SUV, what else would be the point?

Have a 2017 X5M and it gets driven every day by either my wife or I. I have a 60 mile commute and she a 10. We typically fight over it since it's by far the funnest car of the three and the F10 550 is no slouch either. 16,000 miles but have two other cars as well or it'd be a ton more. I have no problem using it daily and for longer trips. My mentality is you buy a car to drive it so DRIVE it. All year round...
