No, buddy, I have not. I've looked for it in the appropriate folders, but no dice. Let us know if you find anything out. BDC_Body should be the correct location because LHM deals with how the lights spread/their brightness. TMS deals with the function of parking lights, welcome home lights, brake lights, etc. - there wasn't really anything valuable or specific in there especially because it is mainly for LEDs. So, that leads us back to one place and one place alone....BDC_Body.

nicht_aktiv to aktiv. All should be aktiv. Sorry, someone must have deleted it. I fixed the cheat sheet.

Great. Thanks! It seems there needs to be other coding involved to get the Sport + on non M-sport models, correct? If so, have these been tested?

Yes, that is correct. The main code needed to activate it is ICMKOD_B_SPORTLENKUNG in ICM, but it doesn't seem to exist in our infrastructure for the F15/F16. We have the other codes needed that I mentioned that allow you to see SPORT + mode in your Kombi/Instrument cluster, which are:
FDS_MENUE_TEXT_1/2/3/4 (yes, all four)

FDS_MENUE_SIGNAL_1/2/3/4 (yes, all four)

The above need to be changed from menue_4 to menue_3. However, these are useless without the activation of the actual SPORT + code, which I have not found, unfortunately.

Ok. Thank you for the clarification. With the codes you have posted on the cheat sheet, those without M-Sport can use the Launch control function? but they do not have the Sport + functionality.

Thanks again.

I have not tested whether Sport+ is necessary for launch control or not.

Nothing will go wrong with that coding.

Ok, wow, I feel silly. After much research and a conversation with the great shawnsheridan to verify, I realized that adding 2TB (something I've already done since I installed M-Sport Steering wheel) gives you SAT (sport automatic transmission - something I already knew) and Sport + mode (you just have to do the remaining coding for it to show in your Kombi or perhaps I should have just VO Coded my Kombi aside from BDC_Body).

Ok, so this is how you do it ladies and gents:

1) Add 2TB to your FA
2) VO Code BDC_Body and Kombi (if this does not automatically change the FDS_Menu codes for you, follow the steps below)
3) FDL Code the following:

FDS_MENUE_TEXT_1/2/3/4 (yes, all four) / change menue_4 to menue_3

FDS_MENUE_SIGNAL_1/2/3/4 (yes, all four) / change menue_4 to menue_3

If anyone is awake and wants to test the above codes with me on their F15 or F16 via TeamViewer and also LAST MODE setting (eco pro, comfort, sport - yes, I may have figured something out), PM me.

I can Test it out, but I do not have the sport steering wheel. Just X-Line. No DHP.

Not sure how to add to FA or VO code...Damn it, you did that for me

Well none of those codes work. Thank you Chem14 for letting me verify it and test on your car . Back to the drawing board...

No problem! I did take it out to test the Launch Control using the activated codes you have in the cheat sheet. No Luck, But man is it fast! Wish I had the 50i now....

Looks like we didn't test correctly. We don't need Sport+ mode to activate launch control because all Sport+ is is turning off DSC with Sport mode. We should have tried turning off your DSC and seeing if you could have moved your Sport mode button up one more mode...darn it. Either way it makes no difference. Launch Control does work with the cheat sheet coding. Information below is courtesy of Halsifer:

You need to have your vehicle be driven first for 6 miles (10 km) uninterrupted to get to optimal engine temperature. Then:
1. Place driving mode in Sport+ or turn off traction control.
2. Move transmission into Sport. (Should say S1 on your instrument cluster.)
3. Firmly and fully press the brake pedal and hold.
4. Floor the throttle past resistance point into kick down. (You should feel a little click on the pedal.)
5. Your instrument cluster should say "Launch Control Active"
6. Fully release the brake pedal and keep the throttle floor.
7. Enjoy.

Another tip: you have to push very HARD on the brake pedal with your left foot! Remember, if you push it less than hard the LC doesn't activate and your rear wheels will spin!

Since I have coded 2TB into my FA for my M-Sport Steering Wheel, which by default automatically codes those CHEAT SHEET SAT and Launch Control codes, I will test launch control on my X-Line (stock suspension). I might break my neck though (jk) considering it's a 50i with RaceChip TB Ultimate tune sitting at S2=D (522hp/564tq). I will record the video with my dash cam (oh hey, it has a useful function ).

Honestly, that's the MAIN thing going on with Sport + mode aside from the supposed ".2 second faster" placebo affect shifting .

Coding 2TB ( which I think you did for my car after I installed m sport wheel with shifters) also activates SAT? Please do not break your neck body

Yes, that is correct. It is already coded in your car as well. Haha, I'm not one to even care/use launch control. I just want to verify for everyone if the coding works. Doing so in this powerful of an SUV should be a new experience considering myself, my heavy/built cousin, and my other cousin (all 6' feet and above) all kicked back into our seats when we went from 0-60 in Sport mode when the RaceChip was at setting S2= C only.

Has anyone had problems with the LED headlight drivers? I removed 8S4 from my VO, upgraded all modules to 14-11-502 (54.2) and iDrive now reports right and left turn signal failure. The rear and mirror turn signals work fine but the fronts don't flash all. LED headlights work but no turn signals.

The error messages from my Bavarian Technic tool are 805CF8/805E78 "LED not taught-in"

When you removed 8S4, did you VO Code BDC_Body? That is necessary for the ECU to sync with the rest of the car after such a big change.
