Help, rear suspension issues

Took my car in for the rear bags sagging. They couldn’t replicate the issue despite my car now sagging almost everyday. I am lowered on KW. 3 and left them on when I went in. The dealer used the computer to put the ride height at transport mode. When they returned the car it was sitting much higher than my normal lowered stance

They told me that they returned the height to stock which should of brought the height back to my lowered height as I have the adj lowering links. We put the car back on the lift as I didn’t believe them. They should be the computer but for some reason it stayed at the stock height. The adj links still there and they said they didn’t and wouldn’t touch that

So they manually adj the airbags by computer and dropped the car but it rises like crap now

Does anybody know how transport mode works and ability to lose and raise the rear suspension by computer. Something is not right and not sure the dealer knows what to do

KWs are coil over springs. Why would you take the car to the dealer for bags leaking?

If you didn’t know yet the f85 runs on airbags for springs in the rear. The kw only replaces the struts and the adj link in the rear. The front is a full Coilover

Thanks very much. I am on HR Springs and have a slight sag after extended parking. And I have been on this forum for mos trying to find a decent deal on the KW V3, thinking the coil overs replaced the rear bags. Appreciate you educating me on this.
