Eisenmann Race - Drone or No Drone?

I have a OEM exhaust with resonator delete stock downpipe's dining stage 1, and I'm looking for more thump from my beast. From all the research I've done on this awesome formum Ive determined the Eisenamann race exhaust is probably my best bet.

I can start up the car cold in my garage with doors closed so I don't piss off my neighbors LOL. But I'm concerned about cabin drone! I do a lot of daily driving around town and when I do go on a highway I don't wanna hear a drone. I've read various posts and it's mixed but can anyone clarify? Is the drone bad enough to ruin daily driving on comfort settings? How bad is it on the highway in 8th gear cruising speed?

I had a gt2 race setup on my f80 M3. I had done resonator deletes prior and the gt2 had the same drone as the resonator delete.

I don't currently have a drone although on my F86 I had a cheaper Megan exhaust and I couldn't stand it

So you did the muffler delete with x pipe? 50i? I was thinking about going that route but worried about drone.

No resonator delete with f85. I'm running the OEM valves mufflers. Sounds ok but need more

I have never had the system but from all the cars I have heard and reviews the race does drone and pretty loud if you have any other exhaust mods which sounds like you do.

Keeping the car in comfort won’t make a huge difference since the race has no valves

You will find more used race systems for sale than any other system. Most find it too loud. Losing valves is a no go for me

Have you considered doing high flow cats on new Downpipe’s and just keep your oem mufflers. You will gain around 25 percent volume and pick up more power
