My f15 x5 m50d build

Hello guys,

I am new here and from Belgium.
I recently bought an x5 m50d. 4years old and 70.000km.

I did some changes

OUTSIDE MODS

- M performance front spoiler
- M performance rear spoiler
- M performance roof spoiler
- Painted my rims gloss black
- carbon fiber bmw roundels
- BMW floating rim caps
- Rear wheel spacers 1.5cm
- X5M F85 grill
- Painted my grey bumper trims black

INTERIOR MODS

- M performance pedals
- M performance floor mats
- M performance cf/alcantara interior trim
- M performance steering wheel trim
- Black gear shifter
- Carbon fiber center console
- Center console knee pads
- Red start/stop button

TO DO

- engine chip tuning (+40pk +60nm) is this ok for the car? They say it is no problem for the engine? And less fuel consumption.

- Black trunk roundel? I only found the one from IND, but this one is very expensive. Especially with shipping to Belgium.
- Smoke tail lights? anyone has pictures of this mod?

Looks nice. I am also thinking about powder coating my 467m's gloss black. Could you add a couple more side profile pics of the car with the wheels in the sun? Also, are you happy with the gloss black after the fact? Do you wish you had gone another color, like mat black or gun metal?

I just got them back yesterday

but I am happy with them, i have done another car matt black but I think
gloss looks nicer. Specially when you have a gloss black car.
Also the matt black looks much more dirty then gloss.

Negative: I think they look a little bit smaller in black

I suggest you get lowering springs and spacers....large gap in rear!

Thanks for the additional picture. It definitely helps me visualize things. I have a 50i MSport in carbon black. I am still struggling about what color to powder coat. I do like your gloss black. I saw a Jeep Cherokee with mat black today that looked awesome. Sometimes I think gun metal might be nice. Decisions, decisions!

This is an X5M F85 grill, not an M-performance
I would look into M-style vents for the fender slots

Debadging is common in Belgium. A lot of luxury vehicles leave the factory without badges.
