Finally was able to make a small video,, if any one can suggest if coming from "Dynamic Drive Pump" alone that they are changing, or "Dynamic Drive pump and Continental Tire tread incompatibility" that they claim or Transfer case.

Request they put the chassis ears on. Could be the dreaded wheel bearing issue. They're not the best.

Does not look like what I had when I had tire/thread issues.

It's kinda hard to tell what you're hearing in that video. But on my old 550 with the adaptive suspension, the valve block and power steering pump would growl a bit. Was told it was normal, and never got worse. And I had that car for 6 years.
