2015 f16 n55 adds 1 litter oil in every 1000miles 1600km

Hello. Car has 115000km. About 76000 miles. Oil was replaced in every 11000km 7000 miles. Now it burns 1 liter oil in every 1600km. What can be the reason? No smoke..

The N55 will start burning more oil the older it gets. After you've run her around a bit, ever any burnt rubber or asphalt smell?

Well oil doesn't magically disappear, generally speaking you have 3 options:
1. Oil leak, which might not be visible.
2. Engine burning oil.
3. Head gasket problem so oil goes into coolant.

Modern engines, modern cats easily burn oil without any visible signs. 1 liter every 1000 is totally unacceptable

PCV Valve is a likely culprit. BMW burns oil normally but when it suddenly drops in how many miles before you have to add more, the PCV has likely failed and is pushing the oil into the intake instead of feeding the blow-by back to the engine.

+1 to PCV; if this isn't the case and there's no smoke from the tailpipe then it's nothing to worry about. 1l/1000mi is within spec

Garage List
I'm on my third oil leak. First two were obvious because there were small amounts of oil on the ground in garage where I park it. The current leak, which has not been repaired yet, is not visible and was only found during an inspection by the dealership. I have to add a quart of oil at least once in between oil changes (the car gives me a low oil warning.)
