I just got this x15 like a month ago and notice that there is a lot of condensation in the drivers side headlight. anyone else has this issue. any specific seals I should check before I pull the trigger on ordering a new one?

I would check the leak between the housing and clear cover. You can easily fix it using silicone sealant. No need to order a new one.$$$$$$

I had the same issue when leaving the car parked outside in cold weather. Went poking around and opened the service port on the top of the housing and saw that the rubber gasket for that port was dried out. I put a bead of sealant there to make it more air tight and that helped. Still may have some leaks somewhere so might try re-sealing the edges like MH20jy mentioned, but since the car's been in the garage during the pandemic no pressing need to do so yet.
