X5M Running Rich, Need Help Please!

Hi all, I recently bought a 2016 X5m at auction. I had misfires and engine codes day 1, I changed the plugs, replaced the air intake hoses, MAFs and filters. performed oil flush and changed oil and filter, I filled it with premium and injector cleaner and I cleared all codes. My fuel adaptions returned to normal and the car ran perfectly. Today after the car has sat for a week I replaced the front Bumper and took it for a spin, and now I the following codes,

118111 Mixture control 2, cross-bank: Fuel-air mixture too rich
118502 Mixture control 2: Fuel-air mixture too rich, large deviation
11A101 High fuel pressure 2, plausibility: Pressure too high

This evening while I was plugged in the Engine cut out. I have cleared the codes and left idle for a min and they return.

I have PROTOOl and would appreciate any feedback or Pointers to diagnose this issue.
