I know different cars do look different, but at least I'd get a sense of how it would look like.

I didn't make it full black, the sides were still white but the roof line is black

It's not as comfy as it was stock. But I never liked the floaty ride to start with. I've had $200 springs all the way to $7000 coilover setups in my previous M cars and I will rate these springs 4.5/10 on comfort*, 8/10 on the appearance improvement. All the other springs aren't worth the money in my opinion, I would rather staying stock than spending the same ($600) on a set of Eibachs (mild drop/stock comfort). KWs was not on my list of consideration because I only have ~20 months left on the lease.

Looks good.
Seems that you need to throw in a set of spacers.

I have recently sold H&R VTF Spring set to a customer with X6M.
He said that its ride quality is good.
Unfortunately, he is out of state, so I can't personally test drive it.
