I'm starting to change my stock car, starting with black kidney grills and coding with bimmercode. My F15 color is "IMPERIALBLAU BRILLANTEFFEKT METALLI (A89)" for this reason I feel it is more difficult to make a good custom.
I would really like to achieve something similar to yours. It is simply amazing! |

If I had the same color as you, I’d probably stick with gloss black for the stick-on bits/theme and CF on the interior. In my opinion, the wheel choice can make or break the look of the vehicle. I recommend creating a thread and seek advice from the forum members if you are having a hard time. I look forward to seeing your X5’s transformation, good luck!

Recent shots...and update
Update on the RC XLR. Overall I’m still happy with its performance. I’ve put about 4K miles on it and have only had a few hiccups. There have been a few occasions where it was “jumpy”, I’m not sure why or what I did different to cause it. But overall it’s a great mod, and I recommend it.
Here are some recent shots from my daily driver.

Love the look of your X5! I miss having a white BMW every time I see yours. But, I quickly remember how hard it is to keep clean where I live. Carbon black is no picnic either though to keep clean lol
Also I agree about the RC XLR, a very simple mod with immediate results.

Final Warranty Check-up
I dropped her off yesterday for a final check-up prior to my warranty expiring. They gave me a 2019 X7 with 430 miles on it as a loaner. The amount of tech in this thing is insane, I’m really enjoying the wireless charging and Apple Car Play.

Just don't know if I want so much tech in my cabin. Body-wise, this grill is -still- killing it for me! I dream of my younger years, where a nice radio would suffice! Thanks for sharing! |

How is the size of it? Is it substantially bigger than the f15? Also, would you trade your X5 for this X7? Just curious on your opinion, not that I can afford one right now lol

If you need a true third row, or just more cargo room, it’s a great option, and I’d take this any day over a Suburban, QX80 or any of the other giant SUV’s. Thanks! I appreciate it.

The carbon fiber interior trim looks AWESOME. I'm looking for a single source for all of the carbon fiber pieces you've got, as well as the black dakota leather OR alcantara knee pads. Is your contact Ben at RGSport the right place to go for that?

No, I had the OEM CF bits added prior to delivery from Autohaus Schaal GmbH BMW in Bitburg, Germany. I have purchased numerous other mods from Ben / r33_RGSport. I recommend seeing what sort of packaged deal he can offer you and for the things he doesn’t carry, use your local BMW parts Dept. Best of luck on your modding adventure! Cheers, V

Recently I bought a 2018 X5 35I, in the early 2000 I had a Ford expedition with a spoiler and that kept the rear end of the SUV almost clean no matter the weather conditions, I would like know If the M Performance rear spoiler manager to help keeping yours clean. If so, is it a EOM or after market. Thank you |

Hi, I would like to know if your spoiler is flush with the roof line, the one that I had on my old Expedition was about a inch or so higher and the back had a slight downward curve. The curve on it force the wind to produce the draft to keep the back end almost clean. |
