Yeah, waiting for my plates to come in, then ditching the euro mount and installing the standard US plate mount.

I’ll confirm with the tint company, I told him to max it out but not limo/5% on the back. I agree that it looks dark as well.

Impeccable timing, the plates arrived today and I ditched the euro plate mount. (I only left it on to cover the ugly drilled holes)

Yes, I have been looking at doing that, and will try it soon. I don't like the factory plate mount.
Thanks!

Racechip GTS Black install

I brought my Racechip GTS Black with me on a week getaway. We had some bad weather so I took advantage of it and installed the Racechip GTS Black with App control. This one was a little more difficult than the RCU that I previously installed and removed on my F16 and F15. The GTS has an extra sensor that’s a little difficult to get to but now that I’ve done it, I could install/remove it all in under 15 minutes.
Don’t judge my dirty engine bay, I know it needs a detail.

Waiting for your review so I can decide if I should change my Ultimate to GTS black. I saw RGsport HiFlo catted downpipe on sale. Modding bug is urging me to spend some money.

I’ll post my thoughts/‘review’ after a week or so of driving. But I’m the meantime I will add a quick one after the road trip home tomorrow.

Next up is the 375s.

Love the look of the 375’s , my new favorite wheel but the 599 is nice too!
I’m a impatient bastard I would of mounted them as soon as I got home.

Where'd you put the chip? Did you find a good spot?

You can see it in the red circle, it’s the same spot I put it on my F16 without issue.

Do you have the spacers on in the pics from 3/17? I'm trying to figure out what spacer size to run with my winter setup if I decide to go with the Eibachs.

You're just missing the open lower grills and fins now

All pics in this thread have the spacers installed. If you have any questions on spacer sizes and wheel combos, hit up Ben r33_RGSport , he’ll provide sound advice.

I think I’m done! This can go on forever.

I do want the MPBK though. damnit!!!

UPDATE: I took it out for some road-testing and after 30 miles all I can say is ...WOW. I used it solely in ‘Race’ mode (RC GTS) and the X5 in ‘Comfort’ and ‘Eco-Pro’.
While in Eco and Comfort mode the improvement is massive and very impressive. Y’all about putting a smile on your face, ear-to-ear grin. Eco pro was still dialed back like normal Eco Pro but when I hit the gas, there wasn’t any delay or lag as usual, instant power.
I’ll try Sport and Sport + once I get home and feel more comfortable lack, pushing it.

I must say, if you’re going to get the GTS Black, GET the app control. Having the ability to change modes and even disable it at the tip of your finger is priceless.

Thanks again r33_RGSport , another great mod with awesome customer service.

Cheers!
