Hanging with my sister. 🥰
Some booty too.
Trying to protect my ride in these NYC streets so I put her in a garage to have dinner. Sure as shit - garage attendant swipes the lip and my bumper. I didn't notice until the car wash this morning. I can't make this shit up. I managed to touch it up a bit with some bmw paint and compounded the scratch on the carbon but it's still visible. FML.
How did you not make them pay for it?
Once you leave the garage you have no sway. I feel like that's NYC law.

Agreed. Hard lesson learned. Once you leave you're over and done with. I learned my lesson after my last oil change with my local dealer. Was wiping down my wheels a few days after my oil change and noticed a big ass scratch one of my black wheels. I knew for sure dealer was the culprit but wouldn't be able to prove it as it happened way after the fact. So going forward I will now "examine" the exterior of my car before AND especially after I get it back when leaving it with someone else - i.e. dealership or garage in your case. The price we pay for having a beautiful car.

In any of these cases, I would make it known to the culprits that it happened. Especially with the dealer, my approach would be something like "I am not looking to get anyone into trouble or anything. But I'm disappointed at X, Y, Z... And although I can't prove it, I know that it happened and I don't appreciate it... Yadda yadda yadda....." See if they hold themselves accountable at all in any way. You might be surprised at what happens when the right message finds the right person.

Just my two cents because that kind of stuff is BS...

Usually I give her a once over before and after but I was with my wife and we had a few bottles of wine so I was in a good mood. I definitely should have parked my own car and retrieved it. Completely my fault. Once I'm done with my house reno I'll get her touched up. Not sure how to hide that carbon abrasion. Curious if the sell a matching paint for that.

That looks wicked!

What kidney grilles are those? Looks like the diamond type pattern on some of the new BMWs.

Couldn't get in my garage because sprinklers were on and I had just washed it. Parked across the street and thought it looked good out the window.

Thank you! The turbos should be here tomorrow. I'm going to do a unboxing video on them. I'm ready for a new level of power and torque and can't wait to show you guys what she does at the track. Thank you so very much again for supporting the channel.

Not trying to be that guy and I have no moral objections whatsoever, but is this really possible in NYC? In my part of the world, they'd bend you over so hard if caught (and there so much fuzz it's impossible not to get caught) that driving after a few bottles of wine is unthinkable.

I wouldn't say not driving drunk sucks, but you do you, in your part of the world. I'm glad that there are no drunk people on the roads in mine.

Breh - no one has mentioned drunk driving once. Purchasing bottles of wine does not automatically make you drunk. Let's keep it fun here.

Do these vehicles not show which tire is low and what each tire pressure is?

I have it on my 2015. Maybe someone coded out TPMS and switched to FTM on your car ? Or do you have aftermarket wheels without TMPS sensors installed? Not sure what the screen would say in that case though.
