Better to do center of the wheel to the edge of the fender.

Forgot to mention to you.
The set you bought is pre-set on about 1" drop on 35i.
I didn't change anything when taking it off customer's car.

I feel its just an easier way to measure taking out the different tire make differences. Plus H&R and other suspension companies always ask to measure that way (see my H&R spring install thread and look at the H&R install docs).

Both ways will work I guess. To me I find it easier to measure edge is wheel on the ground to the fender 😜

Here's a pic sent by the shop. The front is a bit higher then I wanted but they say it will settle perhaps 1/4 -1/2. 😝

Or raise the rear 1/4" - 1/2" as a prefer a slight rake. Let's see in a few days.

It's heading to the alignment rack now.

Looking good. That's pretty low - how I want mine to look.

You're supposed to measure from the center of the wheel so you can compare apples to apples with other people. If you're just measuring for before/after purposes on your own car, then measuring from the ground is fine.
