LED Fog light too dark, can Change the voltage through Bimmercode?

My F15 LED Fog lights is very dark, I compared to other F15, mine is darker, I wonder if the previous owner changes something on this.

Anyway, is it possible to adjust the fog light voltage to make it brighter? Through Bimmercode expert mode? If so, how? Anyone know how to do it, thanks.

That’s interesting also curious. As far as I know LEDs don’t very brightness based on voltage, they are an on or off sort of thing.

I'm not expert from this, I changed the front side marker to LED and found option from Bimmercode to adjust the voltage from 7V to 9.5V. I use 9V which is brighter than 8.5V. So I guess if this apply to fog light.
