You should measure your ride height rather than drop since there are so many variables to consider. Ride height measurement is from ground to fender over the center of the wheel. That said I was around 32.25" prior, so my drop is around 2 - 2.50" Ride is definitely stiff. A low profile tire doesn't help the cause. I actually want to raise my ride height to about 30.50-30.75" to improve the ride quality. Couldn't comment on burn rate, however I did install camber kits to avoid excessive inner tire wear.
