Help locating 12v accessory tap...
Hi... I am looking for an "ignition switch controlled" 12v power source near the front dash of my 2015 X6.. Can anyone point me in the right direction.. And is there a company that makes a plug n play 12v connection that plugs into the factory harness without splicing? Again, it needs to be ignition switch controlled.. Thanks

All you need is something called an "add a fuse" (sold at any auto store). Use a voltmeter to test which fuses (behind glovebox) are switched with accessory on. Then all you have to do is plug in the add a fuse harness to that port and you have power. No cutting or splicing factory wires.
