[OPINION POLL] E90 335i on 19" MORR 162 Reps

Guys, (and gals)

Need your opinion on these 19" MORR 162 Reps, stock sport suspension.
I've included the before and after pictures.
(excuse the dirty rims on 18" pics)

Rear View Before (Stock 18" OEM 162)

Rear View After (MORR 19" 162 Reps) - Biggest concern don't want to have 4x4 look

Side Views Before (Stock 18" OEM 162)

Side Views After (MORR 19" 162 Reps)

Front View Before (Stock 18" OEM 162)

Front View After (MORR 19" 162 Reps)

It will be about 3 months before I can drop $$ on a coilover system.

Should I go back to stock and sell the MORR's or keep as is?

Let me know your thoughts!

I can't even tell the difference. Why would you buy a bigger replica of your stock wheel when there is so many wheel options out there? Not hating, just trying to understand the logic behind it

i can understand keeping the same stock wheels but going bigger... i mean it gives it a more oem look but subtly aggressive... i think its a good idea.

Height!!!!

Is it too tall now that I have the 19" inchers?

Again, I don't want to go with the 4x4 look and I don't have the $$ to drop it right now.

19 if the cost is less than 100 dollars

I'd go for the 19's assuming you can get a set of four for 100 dollars or so, otherwise there is no difference I can see. I don't think the extra cost can be justified, unless you put a sign on your car that says "My wheels are an entire inch larger than the stock wheels-No one will notice.

weird.... it seems like a lot of people are against your 19s... i still think i like them... and i've seen 19" 162s in real life before and i know you can tell the difference... it was actually pretty obvious to me... the car that had it on had very low profile tires on the 19" wheels which made the difference between 18s and 19s even more pronounced. btw, you car doesnt look like a 4x4... keep it and drop the car when you can afford it...

with 19" wheels, the aspect ratio of the tries should have gone down, i.e. thinner tires. The overall rolling diameter of the wheel & tire should not have changed, so your ground clearance should not have been affected.

The original tires are 40 series in the front and 35 series in the back. Normally with 19" wheels the front goes down to 35 series and the rear down to 30 series. Preserving the overall rolling diameter of the wheel will help keep your speedometer and odometer accurrate.

btw, the 19s do look better because they look like they have a more aggressive offset that the OEM ones.

Car does look better with the 19s, but I wouldn't go with 162 reps unless I was coming from a non-sport package wheel. 162 to 162 reps isn't a significant enough change for me.

Stock 162's are perfect proportion to the E90. that's one of the things that sold me on 335+sport over even other makes/models. I wouldn't think about messing with these 19"s, and for that matter 95% of aftermarket rims on the E90.

Go stock and sell me your reps for like, $25. Those reps are ugly. You really need to get rid of 'em. I can help

$25 = $1500, but who's counting? Any way, I think I'm going back to OEM for sake of performance.
