8mm Screw Clip Nut Part Number?

I'm in a need of a few of those clip nut things for 8mm front bumper screws as most of mine are rusty, old, and a few are missing from taking the bumper on and off. I found these here: http://www.clipsandfasteners.com/mob...uctCode=A13218 but I don't think they're the right ones and I don't want to risk getting them and have it be the wrong thing.

These things are a MAJOR pain in the ass, and are easy to lose. There is someone here who is a RealOEM wizard- where are you?

Working around the cowl/ cabin filter?

Well shucks. I found a diagram and now I don't know if I need #21 or #16

Edit: I just realized I posted this in the wrong section

Anyway. I found the part numbers for anyone who finds this thread in the future.
