Hit in parking lot. Time for some more mods!
Some j*ckass either reversed out and hit my car or wasn't paying attention and hit my rear bumper. I'm in Cali so no they didn't stop and report anything. Messed up my Friday!
That being said I thought it would be a good time to get the aero lip and M3 rear spoiler since my car is going to be at the shop for repairs. Here's a little teaser! Not really I just couldn't wait to see it on the whip Ok I'll post the pics one I get the whip back. Now I have a question. Should I use the betalink or 3M doublesided tape the dealer gave me? i'd say for the front lip, betalink it, and the trunk lip u should use 3M doublesided tape, it'll still hav a clean look.
and sorry to hear about ur rear bumper. i hav my aw rear bumper if u wanna buy it. pm me if u need a brand new rear, mine is in great condition, had it for maybe 1 month? b4 i swapped it out already.

Dude, that blows, sorry to hear that. Something similar happened to me last Saturday.
You can use tape for both the M3 spoiler and the Aero Lip

doesnt the 3M tape make the aero lip look not as flush tho? i think so. did u use the tape for ur lip? i think betalink makes it look better

I bolted my lip on to the stock front bumper, no glue or tape
It depends on how much tape you use and where you put them. Also, the tape is more reversible than the betalink

Damn Kev the rocker panels look sick! I'm going with the Mtech sides next. It's all good about the accident. I guess it's karma for parking in the carpool spot without carpooling |

I might just try the no tape and glue method. I snapped the aero lip on in 10 seconds and it looked great. I can imagine it when it's bolted it. Where did you guys get the rear bumper from? I neeeeeed it badly!

damn kevin that sucks, where were you when you got hit? If they have to replace the whole rear bumper do a 328-335 conversion since you're already debadged, nobody will know weee! http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...28+335+exhaust

Dont think you need to repaint the rear. Just needs some compound, maybe a little filler, some colored matched paint, wax, n polish, and you should be good as new! I have the same exact problem in the rear of my e90. Lots of chipped paint from people bumping into me. Good luck!!

Don't tempt me bro
Yeah the mtech skirts are in the works . Should have them on by the 2nd MOM. I got a bodyshop here in Anaheim called Perfect Color which my CA recommended me to and he does great work for a decent price. |
