Bought a set of 763Ms. Can I install them myself?
Bought on a whim because they were cheap! They haven’t arrived yet but I’m pondering installation...
I’ve got access to a jack/stands/pad adaptors and torque wrench, is there anything stopping me installing these myself, or do I need to take them to a garage? They come with cup 2s installed, the description on the site says they’re balanced, and have TMPS installed already (and as far as I can tell a tpms reset in iDrive should pick them up) Anything else to worry about? Sounds like you have everything you need
Only thing I would recommend is to retorque the lug bolts (140Nm / 103 ft-lb) after a bit of driving (a couple 100 miles / kilometers) to make sure they remain snug |

Nice! Putting them on is easy peasy with what you have.

You need to check if the TPMS from the old car is compatible with your current car. BMW has changed TPMS several times. If you can’t answer this question, reset the TPMS monitor in the iDrive and drive a few miles. If it won’t reset, you will need new TPMSs.
