I am new to all of this. SO, I need help!

Can ANYONE give me an idea of what maintenance costs are going to look like once the 4 years/ 50,000 mile free maintenance expires.

How much will the following cost me on average:

OIL CHANGE?

INSPECTION 1?

INSPECTION 2?

BRAKES and ROTORS change?

A SET OF RUN FLAT TIRES? (Do I HAVE TO HAVE run flats? or, when I need to replace them I can go with normal regular tires?)

And of course, any type of maintenance that I may have to consider through the course of owning this beautiful machinery? I plan to keep this car for as long as I can...

Oil change $100-150 or do yourself $45 parts

brakes -pads and rotors $500

microfilter $80

all info was on my invoice from last checkup. I'm also considering not renewing. they want 2.5k, i don't mind changing oil, but breaks are whats going to get me. this topic keeps coming up yet no one posted a maintenance price thread w/ diy.

only thing is last time i had my breaks done dealer forgot to reset computer sensor for breaks and car would not let be do it. made it back to dealer and he couldn't either so they had to hook it back up to their machine. that might be a common issue not sure.

also my dealer said the car doesn't need phase inspection. is this true? he say they inspect every time i come in and only do whats needed.

Had an oil change from BMW of Austin last month. It was ~$85.

I just changed out my- oil, oil filter, microfilter, air filter
cost 100$ from Tischner BMW

it all depends on the dealership... customer pay tickets average
oil change- 1hr
brakes- usually 3-5hrs dpending on what is done
inspection 1- 2-3hrs
inspection 2- 2-3hrs
average labor rate is $122/hr
