BMW Assist not working

I called BMW Assist for the first time today since I've been away at school to setup and register my information with them. Unfortunately they are only receiving my voice transmission during the call. They said they cannot locate my vehicle. I scheduled an appointment at Tischer on Monday based on the experiences people on here have had. Anyone have this problem or have any input?

Same here, had the same issue when I first had my car. Take it to the dealer, they will get the software issue corrected for you.
