Not yet. Possibly once spring comes around here in Utah. Too damn cold to enjoy listening to it with the windows down. But, it's definitely the cheaper route versus the Akrapovič.

I assume this is mostly for sound and would only give a slight hp/tq bump right? Would coding be needed or will the computers just adjust automatically?

Sound only. If it adds a HP or two you won't feel it. No coding needed for a muffler.

For information…
I asked my dealership for one today, as I would have bought it.
Unfortunatly, these M performance exhausts are not legal in Europe!
(Only in Korea, South Africa and US.)
Impossible to get your car true MOT with this exhaust.

So not for us Europeans unfortunatly.

I don’t see mention of the diameters, materials, weight, or anything. BMW is terrible about providing information with M Performance products. All the effort to engineer and tool-up and produce products, but just can’t be bothered to sit down and type a sentence or two to give us any more than the most vague product descriptions.

Almost certain that vid was proved to be fake and not the m performance exhaust. That is why comments were turned off. They were enabled when the video first hit.

I agree with this. I doubt any slight variations there might be in pipe bends, etc., are going to cause it to sound much different.
