CPO '07 E90 335i w/ engine mnt, steering pump replaced

Hey all, thinking of joining the e90 community!

I've been checking out a 2007 e90 335i CPO at a dealership (Weatherford in Berkeley CA). I went through the maintenance records and it had a few notable items in it:

1. steering pump and belt pulley replaced in 07, the service logs reported these items as "broken / torn off"
2. engine mount replaced
3. HPFP /HPIP replaced after lease turn in (inspection was done at 42k, then lease return conditioning at 46k)
4. 162 Wheels were reconditioned to get rid of curb rash, and it's pretty obvious they didn't spend all that much effort matching the paint gloss. It looks like it's just sanded / filled, as there are a few big arcs of matte silver on the edges.

Any opinions if these are dealbreakers?

It's got 47k miles, ZPP, ZSP, CA, auto w/ paddles, and heated seats, list price of 29,777.

they should go lower, it has alot of miles and is a sedan

I should think you could pick it up closer to 25K considering the wheels & seemingly "hard" life it's had thus far (PS bracket ..... broken/torn off?!?!?)

There's no way something like that is going to happen along with the motor mount having to be replaced unless there was some other type of damage

....... what's the Carfax say?

Thanks for the quick replies, guys! Yeah, I don't get the bracket thing either... Seems like it was taken care of by the dealer maintenance, but certainly doesn't seem like an easy life. Here's the carfax:

The in-service date is 10/06, so it's definitely an early build. Has no oil cooler either. I think I'll pass or make a low offer.

Since it was an eaarly date build for the model; BMW was still working out the kinks on the N54 etc. Either 25K or pass.

I think I'd definitely keep looking ....
