Bastuck 335i exhaust system is now available!
Bastuck's new 335i system will be available for purchase in two weeks! There's two tip styles available: 2x90mm or 4x76mm. This system is 100% compatible with US spec cars, and is sure to please in looks and sound!
In other great news: the US spec E90 325/328/330 exhaust systems are now completed and available for order! Look for more photos soon. 4x76mm 2x90mm

These photos were posted immediately after release, so we'll be getting sound clips shortly.
Price should come in at around $1200 as an initial, introductory price, but may fluctuate from there slightly. In terms of flow, it's quite hard to say exactly what happens to the exhaust stream once it hits the muffler without actually seeing the internal baffling design. I can assure you that there are no restrictive internal flow paths inside the canister that would make exhaust flow any worse than stock. Thanks for checking it out, guys! |

We are currently looking for a 335 customer to try out the Bastuck 335i exhaust. Please pm me for special pricing. All that we ask is the customer post photos of the exhaust and a full review of the system. I will pay half of the dyno cost.
Thanks, Nate

ctgazer, I'll get the distance between the two sets of tips to you ASAP, but I don't know it off the top of my head and won't be at the warehouse again until Monday. I can tell you that the kerscher rear valence will also fit. I think that valence is gorgeous!
To answer SROC3 and ironic's questions, the rear bumper must only be modified if you want to use the quad tip system. The dual 90mm tips work with the stock 335i bumper. Bastuck is providing their own rear valence filler for the quad system (you can see it in the picture of the 335i in the first post), and since it covers a good bit of the rear bumper, it makes it quite easy to cut the holes out. The rear valence filler is going to be released slightly after the exhaust.

We really need a couple sound clips of this. Some of the other exhausts have sounded really crappy, but if it sounds good, then you'll have my cash for sure.
