Tyres

Hello everyone,

I currently have an E92 with the upgraded 225m 19" alloy wheels, I need a full set of new tyres and have made the decision (after lots of research) to do away with the run flats.

I have decided to go for the Falken 452's. Will the following sizes be ok for my wheels:

Front Falken 452 - 235/35 R19
Rear Falken 452 - 265/30 R19

The tyres I have on at the minute are as follows:

Front Run Flat - 225/35 R19
Rear Run Flat - 255/30 R19

Do the Falken sizes sound ok and will there be any problems as they are different sizes than the run flats I currently have on??

Sorry for the question but I don’t have a clue when it comes to tyres!!

Any help will be much appreciated

Those will work just fine.

Those sizes are perfectly fine. Most members on here are running that 235/265 setup.

Would it be better to run a 235/40/R19 and 265/35/R19 to dampen the ride or will you not be able to fit the rears without rolling the fenders?

Those sizes are tall and will cause rubbing issues during compression as well as a full cabin of passengers. I recommend you stick with the sizes above.

I mainly have either one extra passenger if not, at most 2...would it still cause rubbing issues?

What about if I were to get 235/40 for the front and keep the 265/30 for the rear?

Also, are there issues for putting on a 275 on the rear in terms of fitment for the V710 rim?
