pic request.. sparkling graphite on gray dakota
Does anyone have pics of a sparkling graphite car with gray leather? I'm cosidering this option, but I haven't seen any cars with it yet.

Thanks glrush.. I'll look forward to seeing them. Unfortunately I want to order my car in the next couple of days so I don't miss my March porduction slot. I'm really stuck on the interior color. I think gray on sg would look great, but I've never seen it so it's hard to be sure. What color trim did you go with? I think mine will be gray poplar.

010101,
I have SG with gray & aluminium trim. It sure looks good. I hope following photos help you make up your mind. Following pics are the closest to give you interior & exteriror pics together. Nowadays it too cold for me to click pics.... |

Thanks a lot! I really appreciate the pics! Your car looks really nice. I used to have a white e36 325i on light grey and I loved the color. I just wasn't sure if it would look right on a darker car. I think you have me leaning towards grey now though. Do you have any problem keeping your light grey floor mats clean? I guess if that was an issue I could always get black ones. I bet the lighter interior stays a little cooler too.. although judging from your pics that isn't an issue for you

My second choice of interior choice is black. Black sure looks nice (when you keep it clean all time). But after 14 months with gray, I feel its much easy to keep clean & maintain, compared to black. People still ask me if its a new car Again if you can spend time cleaning your interior whenever you desire(is when it gets dirty). Black is for you. |

My car should be at the dealer by Thursday/Friday. My CA told me he's send me some pix since I won't be able to pick her up for about a week after that since I am away on a business trip. I'll post when they are available.

Sorry I didn't answer the second part but I got the walnut burl because I have it in my Jeep and really like it. The grey poplar really looks nice but I wanted a little more contrast.
Check out this thread (page 2). It is a good pic of the grey with the walnut (I got these floor mats because I loved the way they looked). http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...ght=floor+mats. |

glrush, thanks for the link... that looks nice! I got some good news from my dealer. I will be able to modify my options for the next couple of weeks until my order gets locked in, so hopefully I will get to see some pics of yours before I make my final decision. If you can get some pics that show the door open and show the interior and a little of the exterior at once and maybe some that show the outside with the windows rolled down that would be great. congrats on your car btw! I'm jealous you are getting yours in a week when I have to wait another 3 months

Opps, I should add these were taken right after she came off the truck. I told my CA to take me some pix before she had her make-up on. She'll get a clear bra and the theft system before I get her this weekend.
