BT tool in WPB

SO does anyone have a BT tool (pro) in the West Palm area??? I am looking to have my battery registered, because I think the dealer may have not done this. Now I'm out of warranty and think that not registering my battery may have caused some of my user functions not to work.
Please let me know. Im sure we can work out a $$$ or some beers. Thanks guy

you can do it with k d can coding cable
I did it myself, it takes only 5 mins
I am selling mine if youre interested.
