New wide-angle lens, new pics

Just experimenting with the new lens and thought I would post some pics

I can't wait for autumn's colors to explode and take some real shots

For anyone curious, Lens is Nikon 10-24 f3.5-f4.5G, no HDR

i am on the search for a wide angle lens my self. you just removed the nikon from the list, wayyy to much distortion..

nice car though , great color..

Thanks for the feedback, folks, I am still a newbie when it comes to this photography stuff. This is my first nice lens and still trying to figure out how to take good pics. It is a fun hobby but a lot more difficult than it looks!

Also, don't judge this lens by my inability to use it effectively - LOL

Wide angles are not made for close up photography, like you did. They're more for landscapes, and to add "excitement" to the panorama. You can get away with some close pictures, but definitely not your case.
