e93 Wheel help please!

I'm thinking about picking up some Varrstoen in December and need you help on wheel sizing please.
335i E93. Mineral White. Stock Suspension. Not looking for any camber or fender roll.

Option 1: BBS LM rep
19x9.5 +20
19x11 +25
5x120

Option 2: TE37 rep
19x9.5 +20
19x10.5 +22
5x120

Will these offset or sizing be a problem?

for either set, you'll need to roll the fenders in the rear and have a little stretch on the tires too.

you can get away with a slight stretch on the tires only and not roll the fenders, but you'll still probably rub on big dips or if you have extra people in the car.

if you are not looking for any fender roll or camber you might want to stick to closer to stock sizes and not something as aggressive as the sizes you listed. And running a stretch set up on stock suspension will look pretty funny. Most people run that look for clearance purpose.
