Smart repair cost?

Someone has kindly left me this belated Christmas present:

I was wondering what the smart repair cost would be?

I don't know now, but don't discount a "proper" repair.
About 5 years ago I took a neighbours Polo in for a similar repair at a well reputed body shop. Cost £80.
At the same time, someone I know had his car repaired by Dent/Chips Away (or similar) - again a bumper repair. Cost him just over £100.

I'm not really in favour of smart repairs, I'm off to a body shop tomorrow to get an idea, problem is that it's metallic

Not had much luck with this car, dented door, three busted wheels, one pot hole damaged tyre and now this, it's only just 12 months old!
